What is 'WOW'?

On behalf of the team at The Great Synagogue and Great Women, we are proud to announce that 'Women of Worth' is back! Last year we celebrated all things ‘Friendship’ and this year’s theme is ’New Beginnings’.

As always, WOW brings stories from extraordinary women of all ages from our community doing amazing things to change their lives and those of others. It is through sharing our stories, challenges and creative ideas, and empowering each other, that we can connect with past, present and future generations and share and celebrate our successes.

On Sunday 17th August, we are bringing together women from different backgrounds and life situations with a common goal: to learn, share and be inspired, whilst understanding the roles women play and the obstacles we face in life.

We promise a fun day of discussions, panels and activities in a heartfelt, safe, stimulating and enlightening way for every stage of our lives.

Members of The Great can take advantage of a discounted rate, and we also have some tickets for women who are unable to afford the registration fee. Please reach out to admin@greatsynagogue.org.au for a confidential discussion. Stay tuned, our booking link will open soon.

Anyone who identifies as a woman or was assigned female at birth is warmly welcome to join us.
